Summary:
Responsible for set up, maintenance, troubleshooting and 1st article approval process for SMT Line Duties and
Responsibilities:
Monitor Manufacturing process, communicating clear details on the performance of shift.
Monitor Quality at all levels of the process.
Identifying and monitoring production machine parameters.
Identifying areas of production that can be improved or increased.
Review schedule, stage and prep for set-ups.
Ability to interact with cross-functional disciplines.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Perform other related duties as instructed by manager/supervisor.
Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Training:
Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals) Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, & data entry) Solid Background in SMT operations including set up and troubleshooting.
IPC Certified Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor/manager.
High school education 1 - 3 years experience in Process Technician Role Job Type:
