Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and compelling content for various platforms, showcasing our landscaping projects, landscape maintenance and snow services, and company culture.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategic marketing plans, focusing on promoting our services and expanding our reach.
Design and implement targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.
Basic (or willing to learn) the most effective use of Google, Facebook, and Linkedin ads for ads and hiring Website Maintenance:
Manage and update the company website using Squarespace, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and visually appealing.
Regularly review website analytics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing user experience.
Collaborate with the web development team to implement updates and enhancements.
Video Editing and Creation:
Graphic Editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.
) Develop and edit captivating videos that showcase our landscaping projects, services, and company culture.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on video editing trends and technologies to enhance the quality of our multimedia content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and website maintenance.
Proficiency in Squarespace and other relevant content management systems.
Strong video editing and creative skills, with experience using industry-standard editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the landscaping industry is a plus.
