3K a year Treasury Analyst Common Sail Investment Group Full Time Roles & Responsibilities Daily cash management and reporting.
Daily reconciliation of bank transactions & research as needed.
Cash forecasting.
Oversee banking portal and administration.
Maintain bank documentation, signature cards, KYC documentation.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Assist with bank audits and annual audits.
Review monthly bank account analysis.
Analyze cash flow projections to determine cash need or surplus.
Treasury projects to improve bank services and bring technology solutions into Finance.
Initiate and approve ACH & Wire Payments Research and Resolve check and ACH exceptions as they arise Review and approve weekly accounts payable for processing.
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, & AP on other treasury related requests and research.
Ad hoc treasury projects/analysis.
Qualifications NetSuite and/or Kyriba experience strongly recommended.
2 years of general ledger accounting experience preferred but not required depending on education or other relevant experience.
Bachelor's in finance, accounting or related field of study.
Bank Reconciliation experience preferred.
Strong Attention to Detail.
Critical thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
