CNC Machinist
Job Description Set up and Operate CNC lathes and machines such as manual collet lathes, bridge ports, drill press; parts washer;metal cutting saw, belt sander Inspect parts for quality control Maintain and clean working environment in the machine shop area Attend department and company meetings Comply with company's business and human resources policies; work rules; safety, OSHA and MIOSHA requirements; quality standards; standard operating procedures; requirements and applicable local, State, and Federal regulations Perform other related duties as needed and assigned Position Requirements High school diploma or GED Two years' experience necessary or Trade School graduate Customer First Approach (responsive, helpful, conscientious, with both external and internal customers Interpersonal Communication Skills (friendly, approachable, personable, tactful, diplomatic, builds rapport, treats others with dignity and respect, listens effectively) Team Oriented / Collaborative / Relationship Oriented (cooperative, win-win approach with peers/other departments/other sites; supports the organization's initiatives) Conscientious (dependable, reliable, trustworthy, quality/accuracy oriented, takes initiative) Efficient / Productive Detail oriented Recommended Skills Courtesy Diplomacy Friendliness Hardworking And Dedicated Human Resources Interpersonal Communications Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
