Monday - Friday, 7am - 4:
30pm Daily and weekend overtime may be required, as needed.
SUMMARY Identify, troubleshoot, and oversee the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment.
Complete projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Manager.
Must work as part of a team to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and compliance to all maintenance procedures/work instructions.
Pay range:
$30 - $33/hr.

Repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics; metal fabrication, welding, torching, and painting as required to fix and repair equipment Work with Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance manager to design, modify, or change equipment to work for specific functions Ensure all weekly/monthly preventative maintenance is performed in accordance with ISO Standards Keep work area neat and clean at all times, picking up after maintenance work is completed Work with maintenance technicians from other SBR departments to schedule special projects as necessary (i.
e.
rebuilding of shredders and balers) Responsible for maintenance issues as assigned during off-hours as needed Will comply with all lockout/tagout procedures Practice good safety habits at all times Wear proper PPE protective equipment at all times Maintains regular and predictable attendance Exhibits behaviors that reflect the company core values:

/equivalent required Technical education or training beyond high school highly desired Minimum of 5 years of related experience with solid work history preferred Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic background; welding and torching experience required PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge of industrial recycling equipment PLC and robotics experience a plus SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of recycling equipment helpful Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic background; welding and torching experience required Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong leadership abilities Overtime as required; flexibility to work different shifts as required Occasional moderate/heavy lifting 50-100 lbs Position requires bending, twisting, crouching, pushing, and pulling The company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
