- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual - Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Assist with order entry and proofreading of documents - Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Perform other clerical duties as needed Skills:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in order entry and proofreading of documents - Ability to coordinate projects and tasks efficiently - Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Knowledge of event planning principles and practices - Strong clerical skills, including filing, scanning, and copying We are looking for a reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
