Shift:
6am for 10-12 hour shift Monday-Friday and some Saturdays


GENERAL
Summary:


Coordinate and maintain efficient operations by complying with all safety, delivery, quality, and cost standards. This individual must be a role model for excellent internal and external customer relations to ensure our customer satisfaction is at the highest level. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to schedule. Process material through CMMS and JDE.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



  • Coordinate ISO container loading and unloading processes

  • Record case data information, including weight; upon completion include case total into CMMS

  • Perform a three-way audit of data entered

  • Ensure all pack information is accurately input into CMMS and JDE

  • Prepare proper documentation for all material

  • Coordinate shipment of Air Freight, Direct Truck and Hot Ocean with Customer Liaison Department to ensure critical material ships to customer(s)

  • Ensure that all hazardous materials shipped are in accordance with established regulations, laws, procedures and including proper document(s)

  • Review ASN information in the CMMS and JDE systems, then delete and correct as required and ensure corrections are made prior to printing

  • Participate in annual physical inventory, as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned
