Scheduled Maintenance Writer Receive and process requests for maintenance agreements Maintain customer database Submit new or updated Preventative Maintenance Agreements to customers Communicate the value of Preventative Maintenance agreements to customers Interact with customers on a regular basis regarding service needs, quotes, approval for work, and follow-up needs Work closely with internal teams as needed What's needed? Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have strong attention to detail Customer service experience preferred Data entry experience preferred What's in it for me?
