NLB Corp. has an immediate opening for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Manager at our Wixom, MI Corporate Headquarters. The scope of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate the marketing of the organization's products and services by performing the following duties personally or by delegating them to team members.
Responsibilities include:
Ability to collaborate with other departments within the Company to develop strategies and achieve goals.
Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Prepare and adhere to budgets.
Manage and update the company's websites.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Work with advertising agency to design print ads, electronic ads and publications.
Plan, schedule and execute NLB's trade show efforts.
Gather and analyze customer insight.
Engage consumers on social media.
Manage the company's CRM package.
Plan, develop and execute promotional videos that enhance perception of company products.
A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical including drug screen.
Must be able to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field or 5
years related experience.
Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Possess excellent team building and supervisory skills.
Experience with WordPress website development preferred.
