Experience:

Must have had experience making product presentations to Retail Buyers at national retail account chains (IE. Walgreens, CVS, Meijers, McKesson, Cardinal, etc.)
Must have experience with Marketing and Promotional requirements.
Must be able to develop cost analyses for determination of retail program offerings while preserving profitability.
Must be a strong multi-tasker and self-starter with superior communication skills; verbal, listening, and writing. Must be able to work in a fast paced, interactive office setting and project a professional manner and appearance. Must demonstrate competent computer skills with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), Roxio Creator (CD duplication and Audio Data). Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop, Acrobat and Go to My PC is a plus.


POSITION DUTIES:

Maintain the Open Task list on a daily and weekly task list to include projects, calls, goals and activities.

Make necessary travel arrangements; air, ground and hotel both domestic and international.

Assist in the planning and preparation for all Trade Shows to include travel, marketing materials and booth accessory preparations. Participate in Trade Shows as needed (international travel possible). Maintain file on Trade Show contacts and make follow up calls as directed.

Organize Customer contact and product files, and correspond to emails as necessary.

Review and update all retail accounts on an occurrence basis:


Determine when annual plan-o-gram reviews occur for each account and product line. Ensure a meeting is scheduled with the correct Category Manager/Buyer.

Prepare product presentation materials for sales meetings and attend when necessary.

Conduct store plan-o-gram checks and interpret category sales data utilizing IRI or AC Nielsen data.

Monitor sales for each account as needed and on a biannual basis.

Ensure account information is always current re: contact, products carried, pricing structure, agreements, and promotional activity.

Complete and submit paperwork for product sales promotions (IE TPR's, BOGO's) and create flyers/ads when suitable.

Keep each account's hardcopy file labeled, organized and current to include all forms and correspondence.

Prepare annual advertising and promotional schedules including program dates and cost.


Assist in developing new business and business relationships.

Learn how to develop cold calling scripts and execute calls to select customers in the EMS community

Communicate with other business partners to expand awareness of new product offerings and availability (IE. Sales reps, brokers, etc.)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
