Desk Top Support
Growing Wixom, Michigan distribution company is seeking an experienced Desk Top Support Technician.
This position will support and resolve technical issues with user's desktop or laptop company computers. Will be responsible to Install, maintain and repair hardware, software and peripheral equipment following design or installation specifications. Set up new users equipment and access. Maintain inventory of equipment. Create Technical documentation of process and procedures for IT dept. Provide Technical support for special projects. Support IT Manager and Network Administrator.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years work experience in similar position.
Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and inter-personal
Technical expertise and knowledge to analyze and resolve computer/system issues correctly and quickly
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to accomplish organizational goals
Strong organizational skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
