Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Accounts Payable in the Wixom, MI area for a Contract-to-Hire position!! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Accounts Payable in the Wixom, MI. area. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity! Candidates will supervise accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Be a liaison between the customer and vendor.
Main Task/Responsibilities involve:
Review and verify invoices, Enter and upload invoices
Prepare for check runs, Maintain a list of payments on hold, Submit invoices to the customer and audit contractor profiles.
1099 Maintenance, research and resolve invoice discrepancies, negotiate rates & invoices with vendors, correspond with vendors on a daily basis, and assist with end of month prep.
Provide Audit documentation when required. General knowledge of AP
General accounting procedures/process
Proficient in data entry
W9 knowledge helpful
Team leading/management preferred.
Reliable transportation
