ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dynamic Quality Analyst to join our team at our office in Wixom, MI. The Quality Analyst will provide analytical and technical support to the quality management department. Support the successful attainment of NCQA and ValueOptions quality standards by coordinating, monitoring, and reporting quality improvement activities and providing statistical support. Attend the Quality Management Committee monthly meeting. Performs other duties related to statistical analysis, accreditation activity requirements, and quality improvement activities, as indicated.
Position
Responsibilities:
Responsible for QIA development, ongoing updates, reporting outcomes and ensuring that interventions are completed in a timely manner for all quality improvement activities. Develops ongoing report specifications and generates appropriate reports as indicated.
Designs strategies for quality initiatives and evaluate the outcomes to include: data collection, intervention, analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
Identifies data sources for obtaining data to support quality improvement activities. Develops ongoing report specifications and generates appropriate reports as indicated.
Supports ValueOptions in achieving mission statement, maintaining confidentiality, ethical and professional standards.
Evaluates quality performance measures and proposes recommendations as applicable.
Participates on several inter-departmental committees and multidisciplinary teams.
Position Requirements:
Education : Master's degree in Business/Health Administration or Health related field. A Bachelors' degree plus four years' HEDIS experience may be substituted for the Master's degree. A background in health science/mental health is desirable. Strong knowledge of mathematical, statistical principals and data analysis is required
Licensure : Certification in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
Relevant Work
Experience: Healthcare experience, behavioral health preferred. Strong knowledge of mathematical, statistical principals and data analysis is required. Ability to develop, analyze and manage reports. Prepare written assessment reports. Knowledge of HEDIS and other quality measures. Demonstrate strong abilities in handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines. Experience working with accreditation organizations: e.g.; NCQA, URAC, JCAHO. Excellent Excel, Access and MS Word skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience in managed care with a working knowledge of NCQA, JCAHO, AOA, COA, URAC, CARF and HEDIS standards are helpful.
Must possess the ability to function in an interdisciplinary setting.
Must have knowledge and experience using management information systems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
