Variable Work Schedule:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team at our office in Wixom, MI. The Account Executive will be responsible for the day to day leadership, management and retention of client(s).
Position Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to enhance the partnership between ValueOptions and the client.
Anticipate, analyze and resolve service delivery issues and utilization trends.
Seek and create financial opportunities to improve profitability of all clients, while maintaining the highest clinical standards of care in the most cost-effective manner.
Special projects and all other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Education : Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (healthcare administration, behavioral sciences, business); Master's degree in a healthcare field is preferred.
Licensure : Current, valid and unrestricted license in a State or territory of the United States in a mental health field (RN, Ph.D., LCSW/ACSW, LLP, MHC, LPC, etc.) strongly preferred.
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical/administrative experience in managed care; previous account management experience. Solid working knowledge of mental health systems required with clear understanding of psychiatric and chemical dependency case management and employee assistance programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Requires solid working knowledge of Health Plan management, claims and customer service issues
Effective management, organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate program verbally and in writing as necessary.
Willingness to travel required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
